Our founder knows self-love is not a destination. It is a lifelong journey. Hers began after burnout brought her to a place of stillness. In that moment, everything changed. She chose to slow down, look within, live with intention, and embrace the soft girl life. Soft in the way she moved through the world. Bold in the woman she was becoming.

Through her own journey, she realised so many women are moving through life the same way. They are hard on themselves, always doing more, trying to fit into the mould of who others told them to be, and burning out before they realise they need rest. She wanted to inspire young women to choose themselves, live with more intention, and remember that softness is not weakness.
