This policy applies to all purchases made online at onnesslabel.com.au and onnesslabel.com
Personalised Items
Personalised and custom made to order items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please double check your name spelling before placing your order as we create each piece exactly as entered. Onness Label is not responsible for errors in the name or details provided by the customer at checkout. All personalised orders are final once placed and cannot be modified or cancelled.
Made to Order Items
All made to order purchases are final and cannot be modified or cancelled once placed. These items are made specifically for you and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless faulty or incorrect.
Ready to Ship Items
We accept returns on ready to ship items for store credit available to both Australian and international customers. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in original packaging and returned within 10 days of delivery. Please note we do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind or general wear and tear.
Warranty and Faulty Items
At Onness we offer a 12 month warranty. If you receive a faulty item or an item that does not match your order we are happy to offer a refund or exchange for store credit.
To request a return please email contact@onnesslabel.com with the subject line Return followed by your order number. Include a photo of the item and a brief reason for return. Contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for us to process your request.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for faulty or damaged items only. We do not offer exchanges for change of mind or wear and tear. Customers are responsible for return postage. We will ship your replacement item free of charge once only.
Hygiene notice. For safety reasons earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds and Store Credit
Once your return is received and assessed we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection. If approved your store credit will be issued automatically. If you have not received your credit within 10 business days please contact us at contact@onnesslabel.com
